Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in 2019, Silvia Meyes has been working in various companies as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. At last, Silvia worked for 17 years for Metro International Ltd., where she was performing various tasks in the field of reception and had responsibilities for parts of the bookkeeping.

Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in 2021, René Rust completed his apprenticeship in Banking with Credit Suisse Group in 1994 and gained several years of experience as a Private Client Advisor. From 2000 he worked as a Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Switzerland division of Bank Leu Ltd. In 2010 he joined the Cantonal Bank of Zurich (Zürcher Kantonalbank) as a Senior Relationship Manager. He then worked during eight years as a Senior Financial Advisor at the Cantonal Bank of Lucerne (Luzerner Kantonalbank) where he held the position of a team leader in Private Banking for the last four years. René Rust is a Banking Specialist with a Swiss Federal Diploma. Furthermore, he holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Banking Real Estate Finance and he is a certified SAQ Wealth Management Advisor CWMA.

Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in August 2023, Christof Schunck completed his apprenticeship at Credit Suisse where he worked for several years as an assistant in Private and Corporate Banking, covering various functions and areas of responsibility. He subsequently gained further experience in various companies in banking and accounting. During the last two years, Christof Schunck worked for a larger independent asset manager in Zurich as Portfolio Manager & Asset Manager (Colin&Cie).

Before founding Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in 1983, Roland Schwab spent five years as a Financial Analyst in Toronto. Thereafter, he was an Investment Advisor at Bank Jenni & Cie AG in Basle. At last, he held the position of a Portfolio Manager at Citibank in Zurich and managed the company’s pension fund. Roland acquired a master’s degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). In addition, he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Roland is the CEO and a member of the board of directors of Kraemer, Schwab & Co. Ltd.

Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in June 2023, Constantin Sollberger worked for a Swiss private bank where he built and managed a middle office / front office support team. He then worked as a business manager for UBS in Group Operations (Client Lifecycle Management and Credit Services) and in Compliance für Financial Crime Prevention Change. He holds a master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in 1999, Markus Studer has worked for ten years with Credit Suisse as a Portfolio Manager in the Private Banking department. Of these, he spent one year in Vancouver as a Swiss Representative. Markus acquired a degree in law from the University of Berne. Furthermore, he is a Graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute as well as of the Portfolio Management Program offered by the Swiss National Bank.

Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in 2006, Paolo Tramontana started his career in the corporate finance department of UBS. Thereafter, he worked for Novartis in the area of Structuring and Execution of financial market transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and bond issues. Furthermore, he acquired experience in the Asset Management department at Credit Suisse Group during four years. Paolo completed his studies of Business Administration at the Bocconi University in Milan and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD Fontainebleau. Moreover, he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
