Before joining Kraemer, Schwab & Co. in 2019, Lena Buro completed her apprenticeship in banking with UBS AG and thereafter she worked for eight years primarily for Credit Suisse Group in various functions, mainly in front office areas. During the next five years she worked in several medium-sized companies in the administrative and organizational area. At last, Lena was a management assistant and office manager at the family office S&H Probonis GmbH. Lena holds an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration acquired at the SIB Swiss Institute for Business Administration in Zurich.
